Qball's Beer Review: Fat Tire Amber Ale

Unfortunately, not everything lives up to the hype. Although it is well-balanced and malty, it offers up a slight biscuit taste. Not hard on the palette, but not spectacular. It's really more of a basic crossover beer for someone wanting to try craft beers, but unfamiliar with the options.

Video - An Introduction to Budweiser's American Ale

I was directed to this video from the most recent post at Hoosier Beer Geek. This video does a good job at telling the history of Budweiser's American Ale, it gives a little insight into the steps they take in product development. It was a great find! Now how do I apply to be one of those tasters....





One more video. Here's another follow up on the American Ale. A group of experts got together for a special tasting and it was caught on video. It may surprise you what they say...
